Refund policy
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused and in the same condition you received them, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
How to return an item
- Email us at info@moranofashion.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Wait for our approval. Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address we provide.
Please don’t send anything before we confirm your return. Items returned without approval will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Return shipping and fees
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Returns must be shipped from the country the order was delivered to.
Refunds cover the price of the returned items. Return shipping costs are not refunded. Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country on delivery are generally not refundable when an item is returned, as these are set by local customs authorities.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@moranofashion.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Non-returnable items
The following items can’t be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase as described above and place a new order.
Refunds
When we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to show the refund on your account. If you haven’t received it 15 business days after approval, contact us at info@moranofashion.com.
