Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To begin a return, please contact us at wearmorano@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please do not send your package before receiving confirmation from us — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was placed.

Morano reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. In such cases, the items will be returned to the original shipping address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase (following the steps above) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
